The MRO hangar G50/70 has an assembly time of 15 weeks, assuring cost, timing and quality since the first moment:
The MRO hangar G50/70 is designed to satisfy our customers’ needs in terms of maintenance. The large span cover maximizes the inner space optimization.
Gaptek construction system does not contain any mechanical action neither welds, it is constructed through mechanical linkages. Therefore, the building can be assembled, disassembled, stored and transported as many times as needed, maintaining the same properties as in its initial use.
The structure is composed by aluminium, with an alloy resistance similar as steel, being of a higher resistance in aggressive environments. The hangar is designed to support until 5 tons of bridge crane.
High-efficiency, use of quality insolation materials.
All the building components fits in a 20 foot ISO container for global transport. Due to the piece’s design and the lightness of the materials, an energy saving transport is achieved.
As all Gaptek products, all components of the MRO hangar G50/70 fulfil CE marking regarding ISO 1090, Spanish Standards, Eurocodes and International Building Code.
