The foldout hangar A400M has an aluminium modular structure that combines the lightness of all its components with a resistance equivalent to steel, which allows to accommodate any type of aircraft.
The Hangar A400M roof is composed by plate, although there is the possibility to construct a high-resistance tensile fabric roof that provides an insolation that makes it an energy efficient hangar, reversible in two colours.
Through the technology developed by Gaptek, the hangar A400M has a reduced assembly time.
For instance, big roof with large span minimizes the transport volume and finally, the structure’s weight.
